Dear Customers,
our desire is to make your stay at Critabianca an excellent one. In order to reach this aim we have set up the following rules, which we thank you in advance for respecting before and during your stay.
Rooms are available from 3pm on arrival and must be vacated by 11am on departure day.
Reservations shall be considered definitive only when communicated in writing via e-mail (info@critabianca.com). Cancellations must be confirmed in writing via e-mail (info@critabianca.com).
A minimum stay of three nights is required from July to mid September.
Our cancellation policies:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival.
In case of no show or early departure, the whole reservation cost is charged, if we are not able to sell the room again.
In order to offer to our guests a relaxing stay, only children older than 12 years are welcome.
Breakfast is served on the terrace from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
The swimming pool is open from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm from mid May to mid October – children must be watched by their parents and all guests must use swim caps.
At Critabianca smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms and public areas inside the building. For those who wish to smoke, big terraces and outdoor spaces are at disposal.
A free car park is available inside the property. Despite the fact that all security measures are taken, we decline responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles parked on our property.
At Critabianca, pets are not allowed.
When contacting us via e-mail, mail or through our website, you will be subscribed to our promotional newsletter informing you on future events and promotions. We will not use your name or your information for other purposes, nor will it be given to third parties without your authorization. When receiving our newsletter, you will be offered to possibility to cancel your subscription.
Unless indicated otherwise, prices are inclusive of VAT and are referred to a single night in double room with breakfast.
Supplement 3rd-4th individual bed: 70 Euros per person (availability according to the room category).
Double room for single use: reduction of 30 Euros per night on the price of a double room.
When making your reservation and during your stay, we will be glad to provide information concerning possible activities, events and entertainment as well as on the transfers to and from the airport of Brindisi, Bari and the train station in Lecce.
