Critabianca opens its kitchen’s doors. Tiny secrets, manual abilities and traditional recipes revealed in a place full of history and conviviality. Handmade pasta, spices and local vegetables, delicious cakes..discover the menus of our cooking courses, dedicated to a theme or a season. You will be provided with a cooking apron, utensils and technical cooking sheets. The course ends with a dinner prepared by participants.

A fascinating possibility to meet people who have chosen to devote their lives to breeding sheep and make farm-to-table delicacies. During the visit you will be offered a homemade snack with bread, wine and local cheeses.
